We used emerging AI tech in a powerful, ethical, secure, and innovative way to bring a totally new way of researching to the market.
Eureka isn’t just a chatbot. It was thoughtfully built directly into customer workflows. Providing tangible value at moments of impact, and significantly reducing busy work.
I co-led the strategic initiative, with Henrik Mattsson (CEO) to discover how AI can be used in the context of our customers, and developed the principles upon which our AI implementation would be executed.
I led the initial ideation of features through our agile process, into a continuous delivery of a high quality feature-suite that was integrated into, and at times expanded upon, existing customer workflows within the platform.
I was the spearhead of name, brand, visual, and ethical guidelines for Eureka. And responsible for the end-user experience.
