As Senior Product Designer and Product Manager (startup life) I led the design, development & marketing effort for Lookback's Live feature.
There were significant constrains on time, budget and technology. In addition, we were designing for both Researchers and Participants. The latter includes humans of all ages from all cultures and demographics.
We created a new paradigm for qualitative research, allowing the best companies in the world to interview anyone, anywhere, and better understand how their users...use their products!
